Buying a pre-owned boat can be the best experience or the
worst. When you purchase a used boat form a private owner
or some dealers, it is "buyer beware". Many boats "appear"
to be in good condition until you leave the lot or driveway.
Unforeseen problems can lead to costly repairs and most of
the time, they are your responsibility.
At Boat Works, we try making that buying experience
the best. All of our used boats, both trade-ins and consignment,
go through a 75 plus point inspection prior to being listed
for sale. Any problems are either repaired or documented on
the evaluation sheet that accompanies all the boats. Most
basic maintenance such as greasing trailer bearings, changing
gear lube, replacing the water pump impeller and more are
preformed during this inspection. Our goal is to get you out
on the water and have you only worry about where you are going,
not what can happen to your boat.
